Crock Pot Chicken!

This recipe is perfect if you are an on the go person who loves to have their meals ready to go! All you have to do is chop, set and then leave it till you’re ready to eat. This combo has so many wonderful nutrients to nourish your body. By using a whole chicken with all the bones you get a nice bone broth creation with your meal, so use the extra liquid for your sauce :). Enjoy!

What you’ll need:

-1 whole organic chicken

-2 small sweet potatoes

-1 onion

-1 red pepper

-4 tbs apple cider vinegar

-1/2 cup chicken stock

-1/4 cup butter

-Celtic Sea Salt

-Your favorite spices!

How to put it together:

Chop up all your veggies to desired consistency, I like to keep them on the thicker side so they do not get over cooked. Set them aside. Place whole chicken in the crock pot and pour your chicken stock, butter and apple cider vinegar over the chicken. Salt and spice your chicken as desired. Pour your veggies over the chicken in the crock pot and add some more spices to your veggies, as desired. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
