Offers Golf Fitness, Physical and Osteopathic Therapy, Personal Training and Fitness
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.—January 14, 2019—Hellman Holistic Health of Fort Lauderdale has changed its name officially to H3 by Dan Hellman.
H3 has offered physical and osteopathic therapy, personal training, and counseling in nutrition and lifestyle management at its location at The Tides at Bridgeside Square in Fort Lauderdale since 2004.
“This name change reflects the philosophy that guides my life’s work—that a healthy life requires a balance among three things: proper exercise, proper nutrition, and the management of stress in our lives,” says owner Dan Hellman.
Hellman also provides personalized golf-fitness training through his proprietary H3 program, Golf Body Pro. Golf Digest magazine recognized Hellman in December 2017 as one of the nation’s 50 top golf-fitness professionals.
H3 will continue to offer the full course in Soma therapy and Soma training methodologies to physical therapists, sports trainers and other health professionals. It is one of only seven centers in the world authorized to give certification training in these techniques, which were developed by French Osteopath Guy Voyer.
H3 also holds regular group sessions for the public in ELDOA, the conditioning methodology that is gaining rapid adherents in the sports world.
“ELDOA is simply the number-one tool in my physical-therapist’s toolbox” says Hellman. “It is highly effective for back pain, flexibility, injury prevention in sports, and recovery after physical activity. Anyone can benefit from learning the different ELDOA techniques.”
“At H3, we help our clients and patients with techniques and methodologies drawn from my lifetime of study with some of the greatest minds in the field. Every person who comes to H3 gets an individualized program and personal attention,” Hellman says. “I put my name on it as a sign of my personal commitment to everyone who walks in the door.”
